A Few Things to Know
We want guests to understand the setting before booking so they can decide whether it fits their event.
We are a real working farm and private residence.
The barn is rustic and open-air; it is not a climate-controlled ballroom.
You may hear or see animals and normal farm activity during your visit.
The ground may be uneven, rocky, dusty or muddy depending on the weather.
Events are available by reservation only.
Children must remain supervised by an adult.
Guests may not enter animal pens, chase animals or feed them without permission.
Outside pets are not allowed.
All vehicles must follow the posted 10 mph speed limit and park in designated areas.
Setup and cleanup must be completed during the reserved time.
Decorations, food and drinks must be removed, and all trash must be taken to the dumpster after the event.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the barn air-conditioned or heated?
The barn is an open-air, rustic farm space and is not climate controlled. Please plan clothing and event details around the expected weather.
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Yes. Guests may bring food, non-alcoholic drinks and decorations. All setup and cleanup must take place within the reserved time. Please ask about current requirements if alcohol will be served.
Are tables and chairs included?
Tables and chairs are available for venue events. Our current inventory includes four round tables, two standard six-foot tables, two wall-mounted tables and twenty-six chairs. Larger events may require additional rentals.
Will the animals be part of our event?
Animal experiences must be arranged in advance. Participation depends on the weather, the type of event and what is best for the animals that day. We never force an animal to interact.
Is the farm accessible?
The property has natural, uneven farm terrain that may include grass, gravel, rocks or mud. Please contact us before booking if you or a guest has specific accessibility needs so we can discuss the property honestly.
